شناخت شخصیت مردان آلفا، امگا، بتا، سیگما،
دلتا، گاما و
مرد آلفا میفهمد که دقت به اهداف اصلی تنها بخشی از ساختن زندگیاش
است. نیمی دیگر در حال تأثیرگذاری بر دنیایی است که او در آن زندگی میکند.
او میتواند با استفاده از دانشی که دارد،
دنیا را به یک مکان بهتر تبدیل کند.
مردان آلفا اصطلاحی است که برای مردانی که بسیار سرآمد
هستند و توجه اطرافیان خود را
جلب می کنند، گفته می شود. این مردان افراد بسیار با نفوذی هستند که در عین این
که بر روی افراد نفوذ دارند در بین آن ها محبوب نیز هستند.
اینجاست که خیلی ها شکست می خورند او به
زندگی کردن علاقه مند است. او مجذوب دنیای اطرافش است و
به عنوان بهترین مردی که می تواند باشد ، تبدیل شده است.
او از زندگی و فرصتی که هر روز به او ارائه می دهد ، هیجان زده است.
در جایی که بسیاری از افراد در تلاش برای یافتن
خود در زندگی هستند ، مرد آلفا بیش از حد
مشغول خلق خود است. او هر روز کاری را انجام می دهد تا خود را به هدف
خود نزدیک کند.
مردان آلفا رهبران خوبی هستند و مردم دوست دارند که از آنها الهام گرفته و پیروی کنند.
این مردان معمولا مشاغل و سِمَتهای برتر را از آن خود کرده و برای توانمند کردن سایرین و رسیدن به موفقیت، با دیگران همکاری میکنند.

یک مرد آلفا در هنگام تصمیم گیری به حدسیات گرفتار نمیشود، چرا که او به قضاوت و ارزیابی خود اعتماد دارد.
البته که گاهی اوقات خشم مردان آلفا را هم دارند اما تمایل دارند
که دوست داشته شوند و محبت ببینند و به دنبال تعریف و تمجید و
احترام هستند.
علاوه بر این، مردان آلفا از زبان بدن
خود هم به نفع اعتماد به نفسشان استفاده میکنند.
یعنی در هنگام تعامل با دیگران صاف میایستند،
چانه خود را بالا نگه میدارند، محکم دست میدهند و تماس چشمی مناسبی برقرار میکنند.

اما نوع تربیت فرزندان و چگونگی برخورد خانواده با آن ها در سال های اول
زندگی نقش تعیین کننده ای برای آینده شخصیتی فرد خواهد داشت.
از این روان شناسان تاکید دارند که خانوادهها در سال های ابتدایی زندگی فرزندان خود اهمیت دهند
و برخورد مناسبی با آن ها داشته باشند.
بدون شک می توان گفت که سال های اول زندگی فرد می تواند سوال های تعیین کنندهای برای آلفا
و بتا بودن اشخاص در زمان بزرگسالی خواهد بود.
او شخصی نیست که در هر گوشه ای به دنبال مبارزه
است. اما اگر منطقی ترین کار جنگیدن باشد آن را انجام می
دهد. ، اغلب ساکت است اما می تواند با هر
کسی شوخی و صحبت کند. او قوی و ورزشکار و
همچنین از نظر زیبایی شناسی برای جنس مخالف جذاب است.
اگر زن و مرد در یک راستا رشد و پیشرفت کنند، میتوانند با هم به جاهای خوبی برسند و حتی از هم پشیتبانی کنند تا
بیشتر پیشرفت کنند.

نشانه دیگر این است که این نیازها سبب ایجاد
ناتوانیهای جدی در حوزههای اجتماعی،
شغلی و.. یک فرد با اختلال فتیش ممکن است به خاطر تمایلات جنسی غیر معمول
احساس شرم و پریشانی نیز بکند.

با وجود این که این گونه تمایلات در ابتدا زندگی خود را بروز میدهند، اما نشانههای آن
ممکن است در طول زندگی فرد بروز و ظهورهای کم و یا زیاد داشته باشند.
اختلالهای فتیشگونه معمولا همراه با اختلالهای مارافیلیایی یا فعالیتهای شدید جنسی همراه هستند.
اختلالهای فتیشگونه تقریبا به صورت انحصاری
در مردان دیده میشوند. ۱۳۰ نفر از بیماران مبتلا به کووید۱۹ در بخش های
